Can't anything be done to the whole exit and underpass of 22nd Ave N & 275?
It is constantly loaded with litter, overgrown vegetation, mold and filthy concrete, and who's idea is it to paint the top of the overpass an off pink color that gets filthy in a few weeks?
This exit it a disgrace. All the landscaping that was planted years ago has all died and been ripped out.
Who maintains this exit area?
