These people were raised with no regards for rules it seems. Is it that the city isn't stepping up to enforce them? Many reports have been posted and nothing changes. Is the city apprehensive to approach them because of their status and think some might retaliate by calling them prejudice because of their race? Zoning changed this to a Park Category - will see if I can email someone at the same time to facilitate - sending your complaint to Illegal Entity - gets it basically rerouted to the Zoning Department - in SeeclickFix/311 - 08-10-2020 - ZONING DEPARTMENT

Should be zoning also, with the illegal grilling and tents set up along with tournaments with no permits. No permits for any of the activities there.
Of course they can do whatever they want there
