Description

Conservation area adjacent to my home has become a large breeding ground for mosquitoes, algae and trash. Even wildlife (ducks and various birds) that used to frequent the area has stopped. Alligator is still there. Builder of community was responsible for installing a water circulation system or some type of drainage. At this point that might be too late since the water area has been overrun by various vines, growths and such covering up a significant amount of trash.
