Description

I entered the Dark Horse restaurant on August 10, 2020 to ask for a table outside. I observed a full bar area, the bar seating and tables surrounding the bar in a enclosed space with no social distancing between parties and no masks worn by patrons. The bartenders and servers were masked but there were so many people in the room without masks not spaced out. It does not appear to be following State and County mandates and is very dangerous as it serves food and drink.
