Once again, recycle collection last night proved to be too difficult to handle. Broken glass and lots of trash are routinely left behind at the driveway into the parking lot at 34 Waldo Condos. Last week, same thing on Elizabeth Street in several locations. Too bad I am only able to post one pic here.
