This problem is systemic in the area. Alleys, streets, and gutter drainage are dysfunctional and sorely in need of maintenance and repairs. Sad reflection on a once great city.

Hello - We have been in contact with the dept - Due to the area being wet/flooded they have not been able to make the needed repairs - We are attempting to reach out to other depts to see what else can be done to assist - so that repairs can be made - Thank you

Hello - We understand this is still an outstanding issue - We have spoken to the dept and will be opening a new SCF ID 8630751 due to the needing of getting other depts involved - we have already refferenced this ID in that SCF issue - we will be closing this ID to the NEW ID 8630751 - Thank you for your patience
