We don't have a storm drain

I didn’t open up the case. Whoever opened it mentioned a gutter with debris. When I commented I said drain instead of gutter. I don’t have an issue with your property. I haven’t seen it. I was commenting based on the opened ticket that was not opened by me.

The point is, this debris runs to the storm drain at the end of the street clogging water systems in the city. 22nd st is already a mess with drain and road repairs
