Description

250 Stewart Ave. residents constantly parks scooter and 1 of there vehicles to save spots. This has been an ongoing problem and has been reported before. These residents are inconsiderate 2 the entire neighborhood. Issue has been reported before but nothing seems 2 change. They think they own street in front of there house.
