Thank you for reporting this issue. The address and location provide were for 248 Killdeer Ct. I drove by and did not see any code violations. From the photo I believe that the address of concern is for 763 Crane Ave.
I have opened a code enforcement case for 763 Crane Ave and will work with the property owner to bring this concern in to compliance.
