yes Hargett and Blount is nuts. I did see a man get hit hard on Martin and South Dawson exactly that way. Walking is dangerous in this piece, as is bicycle and scooter riding. Freaking cell phone users and leadfoots...

I agree especially with the Hargett to Blount right turn. I walk my dogs and drivers forget to look out for pedestrians before turning right, especially taxis. I have found that it is safer to go to the transit mall crosswalk and cross there over to the park.
