I absolutely agree with this citizen's request and observation! This intersection MUST be a 4-WAY STOP! It is the MOST DANGEROUS intersection in Cottage Grove. In addition, NO PARKING signs should be installed along the north side of Larkin at least 150 feet east and west of the Cohn / Larkin intersection!! Currently, when you stop on Cohn Street (north of Larkin) you cannot see cars traveling east or west bound on Larkin when cars are parked on the northside of Larkin so close to the intersection. It is literally a dangerous game of Russian Roulette!!

Disagree 100%. Those traveling on Cohen need to actually stop and yield to traffic on Larkin. Should also have no parking signs on both streets all sides of this intersection. If people actually follow the rules of the road “accidents” won’t happen.

I don't believe that the author of the issue meant to imply the truck was speeding in this particular instance. However, it is very true to indicate that the "typical" vehicular traffic along Larkin, especially around the intersection of Cohn, is moving much faster than the speed limit. I live right at the intersection and I get to see it every morning, noon, and night. In addition, I get to hear the car horns all day long - especially at night! Must be what it sounds like to live in Chicago or New York!

Wow! That’s bad. Also that’s 5 years ago and she was speeding on Larkin.

We don’t need a 4 way stop. We need police patrol, no parking on all 4 corners, all streets should be one way and speed bumps would help.
