Description

I reported this Lincoln Cinema maintenance issue on 7/20/20 and it has not been resolved yet. People cannot walk on the sidewalk because of the weeds. The sidewalk and street are covered with litter. On the other side of the building (the alley on Kearny Ave.), there are weeds about 7ft. tall growing which has led to an increase in raccoons, skunks, opossums, and mosquitoes.

I know this issue has been addressed many times with the owner but to no avail as he is NEVER proactive and only "maintains" the property when the city makes him. Please readdress. Thank you in advance.
