The pond needs to be filled in. No need for the runoff to be there. Green algae continues to bloom and it’s disgusting. Fill it in and put grass there. It’ll be better for the maintenance crew to upkeep the area. Also get the mangroves trimmed. They are growing out of control. Not necessary to even have mangroves there.

We complained about this back in august. It’s been 4 months. The mangroves are excessive as well and they are supposed to be trimmed back as well but they are left ignored and are overtaking the lake.

The SPTO Call Center has received an update that this issue has been addressed by the corresponding crew.
