The Town had observed the left-turn phase skipping and reset the controller plan to allow left-turns. Left-turns are now being called into the Friday Center. However, the Town is not able to replicate what cause the left-turn to be skipped.
Should this occur again, where the straight movement turns yellow twice without any left-green arrow, please call the Traffic Management Center at (919) 969-4999 the moment of such incident.
