When driving southbound headed towards the Saugerties Exit (Exit 20) of the NYS Thruway, there is a steep grade combined with a sharp right curve. This causes motorists to slow down, thus impeding traffic flow behind them. Many slow drivers and tractor-trailer trucks also illegally remain in the left lane, causing other drivers to weave between lanes and pass on the right. This is a DANGEROUS situation which needs to be addressed and corrected! A KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS sign should be placed here and on every bridge overpass pylon, in order to remind drivers NOT to block the passing lane!
