Description
There is a homeless person with illegal dumping including a bed on Telegraph Avenue. The bed appeared the first week of December and the dumping is growing. Last week, we saw rats running in the garbage. Homeless services (Operation Diginity) was contacted, however he did not leave during the last two visits. The illegal dumping should be removed even if the homeless person does not want to move.
