Description
A tree in the backyard at 18 Acorn Street hangs over the property of 11-15 Acorn Ct. A branch recently fell off the tree onto the Acorn Ct property; it was removed by the Acorn Ct owner. However, there are still several large branches broken off and caught in the limbs, as well as several large dead branches on the tree. The tree needs to be trimmed by the owner of the Acorn Street home so it no longer poses a hazard to the Acorn Ct property.

You have the right to cut anything overhanging your property without damaging the tree. The City does not cut private trees. Also you could have a conversation with the owners of the trees to see if they will take care of their property.
