Hello there - I live on Strathmore Circle, at the end of Penniman. Strathmore Circle does not connect out to Union Street though there are MANY vehicles that come through thinking that it does in an attempt to miss the light at Middle Street and Union Street. Neighbors and I were talking about how it would be helpful to have a No Outlet or Dead End sign added to the corner of Penniman and Marshall to indicate to drivers that there's no sense in trying to come through our neighborhood (where there are more often than not children at play). Please let me know how I could go about helping to make this happen. Thank you for your time.
