I'm so tired of reporting this. Please take these cans away. If they are not removed this week, I'm just going to drag them to Cotton or First and leave on sidewalk. They have been a nuisance since at least March. I spoke with a woman with Solid Waste last week who put in an submission on SCF for them to be removed. SWAD2020 commented with "Carts not found 9-15-2020 @ 2:00pm." which is not true as I'm currently looking at them. I'm not sure why this is shut a hard request. Do not just empty them like times before. Take them away. They are disgusting and never get emptied until someone complains. They are located in the alley that runs from CR Rader to First Presbyterian.
