This issue should not be closed. The street was patched in several places but even the patches are all cracked and will soon crumble like the rest of the bad areas. Thank you for this first effort, but as I'd indicated in my original issue, patches are not the answer. The whole street needs repaving in order to repair the damage done during the pipeline construction last year.

The money being spent on shoddy patchwork could be instead applied toward fixing the problem by repaving the road.

The street is one of the worst in Lakewood Village. The city of Long Beach continues todisappoint me. Many times I wish I would have staed in Lakewood,
