Description

I have a green, topless old trash barrel, full of small tree limbs and yard clippings, sitting in front of 1035 College Street, which is the lot beside my house. I own the lot. Because the railroad bridge a few doors from my home is being replaced, the sidewalk in front of my house has been torn up. It is more accessible to a trash truck to put my trash next door, in front of the lot I also own. Please empty that trash barrel. Thank you.
