Q. Please describe the issue
A. This is the second time that my neighbors (314 Hamden Street) fence fell into my yard. It's been down for a couple days now and the owner refuses to fix it. The previous owners of said property confirmed it to be their fence, yet the new home owner started trouble with us and denied it was his fence. He was out of control the first time it fell and threatened to beat my son up. The cops were called and even told the guy it was his fence. It's a saftey hazard and an eye sore. He also has an in ground pool with a toddler that can easily fall in and drown. Please have somebody inspect their fence and talk with the homeowners. Their fence is rotted and leaning into my yard. I tried talking to him nicely and he went ballistic on me
