There are some type of utility wires (cable telephone and/or electrical crossing the airspace of my yard that go to neighboring houses, none to mine I have no trees on my property but neighbor's trees are now intermingled into the wires Please advise as to the best way I should approach this One of the wires appear to be falling off a neighbor's house causing one wire to hang lower Any guidance would be greatly appreciated Thanks so much ,),,
