This still has not been addressed. Why is this resident not being held to Ventnor regulations. The weather is now getting warmer and the trash in the front will begin to smell and it is unsightly to have the big township cans 3 feet from the front of the property.

The cans are 2 feet from the front of the house and because of how the properties are arranged the cans are directly in front of the front/side steps of the neighboring building. Ventnor gives me citations for a little peeling paint around a window or on a door. But they can't follow up on something that actually is an issue.

It is beyond the one year anniversary of this request being posted and still not action. I understand Covid may have affected response times but Covid is subsiding and I think it is about time that a complaint be sent to the owner of the property so the issue can be corrected.

This has not changed. I was there a week ago and checked and the cans are still there. This is a problem more than code enforcement as where the neighbors store the cans is directly across from the bottom of the steps to my home. It is an eyesore that my tenants have to deal with daily with no help from code enforcement enforcing the codes. These people should be fined.

Two years and now there are 4 cans at the front instead of two. If a letter was written it was ignored. I'll add a picture next time.

I added a picture still no action by Ventnor. the property has been sold and the new owner is more non-compliant than the old owner. It may just be ignorance on the part of the new owner and lack of action by Ventnor.

It has not been fixed and its getting worse. An old TV has bee added as well as other junk making the side of the house look like a garbage dump.
