Description

This concerns the retention pond which is bordered by Bluewater and Markridge. The outlet which is accessed on Markridge is failing. There is a large crack on on one corner inside the outlet and water is escaping the pond on each side if the outlet and bubbling up from the base of the outlet indicating it is failing. Residents have noted that the pond drains to a low level immediately after heavy rains. Please inspect and reply to the following email so residents can be informed. Thanks.
