Guests park in neighboring business propeties without permission. The owners of the vehicles constantly rev their engines and play loud music at late hours of the night and early morning. Sometimes cars will burn out their tires to show off stopping traffic on Hope Mills Rd. Cars travelling down the road rev their engines while driving by as well. There may be possible Illegal drug activity.
