I don't know what Jimmy does exactly and I hope that he comments on this and explains to everyone what he does. I agree that for simple issues, it is more appropriate to wait for Kristen to respond and acknowledge. However, I do value having someone who may not work for City Hall and have the time to follow up on more complex issues that ought to be fixed but aren't on the City's agenda for some non-reasons. If you look at issue ID 144356, "Non-ADA compliant sidewalk repair", you will see what I mean. There is a very good reason why SeeClickFix is an open forum that shows the reported issues to everyone, not just the government officials.
