Description

This guy shows up fairly regularly in front of Walmart with a folding table and an old metal box. He claims he's soliciting cash donations for the "Helping for Love Foundation". He claims the foundation is based in Sacramento. When I asked about the "foundation" address, he changed his story and said it was based in Fremont, CA---and he didn't know where in Fremont the "foundation" is actually located.
So...save your hard-earned coins and avoid this dude.
