Code enforcement: please confirm that this is a permitted construction operation.
Construction appears to be occurring with no clearly posted evidence of a valid permit I saw the red Z in the window but I have searched in the records available on the construction permit report section of the city website and the property records and no permit was found.
In addition, construction debris is blowing away onto the street and sidewalks as well as neighboring properties
The noise is also disturbing to residents of neighboring properties who were not notified that work would occur late into the evening.
