Description

The man hole cover is to far below the road surface at Church St. (Westbound Lane) @ Seward St. Cars pass over it and it's as bad as if they just went through a pot hole. It can cause some serious damage to vehicles. This particular type of problem is popping up all over the city. Eithe the man holes are to far above grade or below. Either way it's dangerous and they all need to be fixed.
