CERTAINLY NOT!!! THE ROAD IS A MESS AS IT ALWAYS WAS AND STILL IS. POT WHOLES ARE GETTING BIGGER ALONG WITH THE RAINS LAST WEEK HAVE FLOODED THEM IN, CAUSING MORE CONCERN AS THEY CAN NOT BE SEEN BY THE DRIVERS.

LETS GET THIS ROAD FIXED NOW PLEASE!!!!!

Sarasota County has been notified of this issue. Updates will be posted here as soon as there is any more information.

I talked with someone in our road bridge department and this is county non-maintained road and they do not repair pot holes, if you have questions please call 650-0898. Thank you for send the email.

This is absoluetly nonsense. We PAY the same taxes as everybody else.

If the county does not repair it or keep it up, WHO DOES? GOD????

We want the pot holes fixed and the road graded........

Should we file a complaint with the state????

This road is in South Sarasota County and IS the county's responsibility just as the other county services are!!!!

MORE AND MORE POTHOLES.

NO BODY ADDRESSES THIS PROBLEM. YOUR OFFICES HAVE ALL THE BACK CORRESPONDENCE AND NOTICES SENT BY MYSELF AND OTHERS. A LITTLE BOY FEEL IN THE BIG WHOLE ON SUNDAY. I URGED THE PARENTS TO FILE A SUIT, IF WE WANT TO SEE SOMETHING DONE, OR WE WILL HAVE TO BLOCK OFF THE ROAD FROM ON COMING TRAFFIC, AND LEAVE IT FOR RESIDENTS ONLY.

LET GET GOING ON THIS DAM PROBLEM. WITH HIGH WINDS AND RAIN PROJECTED FOR TODAY, WE ARE AT FURTHER RISKS.

I'm sorry that no one has responded to your problem. It doesn't help that the Dept. of Transportation doesn't list any email contacts for your district. Here are some phone contacts at least. Maybe giving someone a call will help get to the bottom of the situation.

You could also try notifying the local media to put pressure on the gov. to do something.
