Description
The large tree beds on the West side of Columbus Avenue are in the process of being systematically destroyed - reduced from approx 4' x 8' of green space to about 2' x 3'. Needs to be stopped immediately before more damage is done, and the cement in place must be removed

A few days after reporting this, I discovered that the cement had been removed from the tree beds, fresh topsoil had been added and pansies planted!
I later learned from Peter Arndtsen at Columbia Amsterdam BID that his office had received numerous complaint from residents in the area, and he had worked with them and the landlord in fixing the problem to everyone's satisfaction.
