A hawthorne lost its canopy last fall during a windstorm, the debris is on the side of the street and some of the larger pieces at the base of the now snag (we would like the snag to remain as it acts as a buffer against a car possibly going down the hill). The larger pieces and the branches do need cleaning up however, they do impede traffic and rainwater somewhat. The neighborhood has been good about keeping the debris off the roadway, but it does need cleaning up from the side of the road.
