This is Thrill Hill It is an art installation It looks awful Trash, debris and trash all over It is the entrance to the Old Southeast neighborhood and others Could the city spend 20-30 minutes a couple of times a month to weed eat and blow off the location so it looks somewhat attractive Thanks !? !
