This morning I was awakened by the sound of an older gentleman falling face first onto the sidewalk outside my home? Why? Because he could not see that the sidewalk was buckled due to all the debris you left after you ground the stump. I think it is disgraceful that you did not complete your work the day you were here and now someone has gotten hurt. Please clean it up.

That sounds like a lawsuit in the making....
