Isn't this actually 3558 Brookdale Ave? If so, it was reported here and to Code Enforcement more than a few times. Still no action.

Just heard the good news that a judge has approved an order for the City to clean up this property since the owners won't do it. We should see a clean up within a few weeks!

You are correct the address is 3558 Brookdale Ave. I blew the address. Sounds like we are going to get this resolved or should I resubmit? Does anyone know what happen to the Owner of this property? I reported a few months ago the property was stripped and being used as a homeless shelter. Someone finally boarded up the property but then folks started dumping stuff.

It doesn't sound like you need to resubmit. It appears the city will clean the property and bill the owner. It may be in foreclosure. If that's the case, the bank is legally responsible for posting contact info, securing the premises and keeping it blight-free. When you say it was being used as a homeless shelter, do you mean there were squatters living there?

Yes, squatters is a better description. I have not seem anyone inside since they boarded up the front door.
