I agree, Midge -- considering this area is the nation's capital, the dept of public works should be ashamed. I can't tell you how many cars / suspensions / tires we've gone through during our time living and working in the D.C. area.

A Customer Service Representative will capture the information needed by the department to fulfill your request and share in real time with department staff. You will be given a timeframe for the completion of the work and a service request number to follow up on progress.
