This issue still remains unfixed. Of all the issues reported within the area of this one, this instance of grafitti is really an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. You can not help but notice it when you drive down Tyndall. Please consider this as a high priority for removal.

Peter; Since the graffiti has been covered (however badly) it is considered abated, in our experience the city's contractor will not repaint something like this. I suggest that any concerned neighbor contact the property owner and ask them to repaint, or get permission for the neighbor to paint over the black blob with a lighter color spray paint that more closely matches the fence. -- NoTAG

We unable to restore something that is covered up by someone else. This is no longer considered graffiti, homeowner is responsible for clean up.
