Someone has placed a tent within the bushes behind the Emeryville Community garden. Please have this removed. We want to avoid all of Emeryville turning into the Ashby St exit.

Reported this several weeks ago. After several reports and multiple weeks, city responded, “We are looking for resources for this individual.” In the meantime he’s been living there for months.

My 80 year old Mom can not walk on her walker in this area anymore. It is not safe anymore. Please remove these disgusting trash and tents immediately before it becomes a total dump and transient site.

This guy has been living illegally in a city park for more than two years. Multiple calls to EPD, the city, county homeless services, etc. have been ignored. He is collecting an ever-growing pile of bicycles and other junk. The city has said repeatedly that action will be taken “if warranted”. When do we meet this threshold?
