The drain in carport is private and not in the City's Right of Way.
The road crown issue will be referred to PW Engineering for evaluation, but this area of Parkview Dr has not changed for many years.

Unfortunately, it is incorrect that the drain is private. The drain is and has always been in the City ROW, survey map can be provided. The drain also appears undersized for the flow it is receiving due to the incorrect crown on Parkview. Please note, that the statement this area of the road has not change in many years is incorrect as well, when O&M inspects this part of the road they will note it has "recently" changed as there are clear roadway patches exactly where the water turns and crosses the crown. The patches or what they were attempting to repair/restore appear to be the cause of the roadway crown issues.
