Description

Metal plate covering a opening in the sidewalk is deformed and bent and has corners that stick up creating a trip and injury hazard! I know because I tripped on it!
It’s right in the middle of the sidewalk on the N.W. corner at 438 W. Sagebrush and W. Lago Blvd
