Description
Another lot that is full of trash and graffiti on the temporary fencing. I know this was supposed to be the site of a new apartment building however it is clearly not being maintained at all. The black screens have been falling away from the fence since TS Eta hit the area back in early November. On the lot itself, there is more trash scattered all over.
