I'm the owner of the property next door at 2036 6th ave north. The property in question, 2044 6th ave north recently had part of it burn down. No repairs ave been made. Much demolition as been done and thrown behind my property. There is a mountain of garbage deposited all over the property. They have thrown tons of garbage at the back of my property making alley access impossible and have put so much against the fence they have ruined my fence and I need to spend approximately $2000 to replace it. They have destroyed my fence and have never responded to requests to clean this up. This is an constant ongoing struggle with this property.
