How often can a blight ticket be issued? The owner is a Florida investor who has at least 100 properties in Detroit. I don't think he's going to do anything about this property until it becomes too expensive to maintain. Another investor is interested in buying it and rehabbing it, but the Florida owner won't respond. We need to keep up the pressure!
