Description

No parking sign should be enforced on Northeast side of Wakefield Ave (right side of photo - usually multiple cars on both sides) until apartment building starts. Cars turning off Ashe Ave bottleneck due to only one lane being available. No site line for cars coming up the hill to get out of the way of oncoming traffic. Stop sign is then blocked from view.

Large delivery trucks constantly make the turn and have no where to go or can not fit through the parked cars and end up backing out into Ashe Ave.
