Description

Neighbors in a private community are constantly having huge parties with very loud music and drunk people until 3 or 4am on the weekends and a little earlier on week days. They including there guests all mostly have cars that are souped up and very loud and lastly there are constant drunk fights that occur. They don't even try to be respectful especially since the person living next door has a two month old baby. Pathetic.
