Boxes need to be broken down and placed into the recycling cart.

I understand that but these neighbors seem not to I’m tired of picking up there trash that blowes in my yard this is the first thing I see when I step out on my steps and it’s getting old I try to keep my property cleaned but other tenants seem not to careThank you
