Habitual taggers like the one responsible for this vandalism leave identifiable tags. I'd like to see Oakland follow San Diego's example to catch major offenders:

SD has a zero tolerance for graffiti. In many cases offenders are made to pay $$ for their offense.

Yep. They have a really aggressive program. I wish we would adopt it. Oakland spends 1 million a year on graffiti abatement. That doesn't count what private property owners spend.

Thanks for cleaning most of the building and the parking lot up last week. Please come back and finish the job cleaning all the tagging off. There's also a new homeless camp started back in the park by the children's playground and new bridge construction.
