This continues to worsen as an eyesore, at it seems to be increasing in frequency/volume. The vehicles are also parked along the already narrow street.

Lately that property makes the whole street smell very strongly of paint and solvents. On good days it just smells like gasoline. Also very loud music from time to time and randomly loose dogs.

No zoning though. This is one of the bad things about no zoning laws... businesses mixed in with residence is perfectly fine.
