  Hello, this is still an issue. The sidewalk is too narrow to place a sign into it and still be an accessible width per ADA.

  Mayor, I looked further into this matter before and spoke to the owner. She moved the sign as close to the building as possible and cleared in front of the sidewalk to the roadway. I went there today, 2/18/21 and viewed this sign and area. There is no issues with this sign. The public has clear accessibility by this sign and poses no harm to the motoring public and or pedestrian foot traffic. Lt. Bard (CSU)
